The third and final phase of the redevelopment of the former Buckingham Gardens site will consist of 74 affordable rental units: 24 one bedroom, Senior rentals and 50 Family Rentals: 24 two bedroom, 22 three bedroom, and 4 four bedroom units.

Peoria Crossing
Peoria Crossing will encompass 5.5 acres located on the east side of Peoria Street between E. 30th and Baranmor Parkway. The community will consist of 150 units in 2 buildings, 3-4 stories high with a mixture of 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom apartments.
